Terms of service.

Effective Date: July 23rd, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services offered by Enhance Aesthetics LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Oneida County, Wisconsin. By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or otherwise interacting with our business, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

Enhance Aesthetics LLC provides the following services:

  • In-person skincare treatments, including facials, peels, waxing, brow lamination, lash lifts and tints, and more

  • Online and in-person consultations

  • Skincare product sales (in-office and online)

All appointments are scheduled via our online booking calendar. Services are by appointment only.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or schedule changes.

  • Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to your card on file

  • Cancellations due to illness: 30% of the service cost will be charged but applied as a credit to your next appointment

  • No-call/no-show: 100% of the service cost will be charged

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all current policies, including cancellation, lateness, and card-on-file policies.

3. Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge 50% of the service cost. If the service can still be performed in the remaining time, you will be responsible for the full service fee, even if modifications are necessary due to time constraints.

4. Guests and Children

To ensure a peaceful and safe experience for all clients:

  • Guests are not permitted unless receiving a service themselves

  • Children may not accompany you unless supervised by another adult
    We cannot supervise children while performing treatments.

5. Right to Refuse Service

Enhance Aesthetics LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to health contraindications, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with our policies.

6. Product Sales & Returns

All product sales (online or in-office) are final.

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued

  • If you are an established client and experience a verified reaction, contact us within 5 business days at hello@skinwithemma.com

  • If products were purchased via external brand websites, those entities are responsible for handling returns or damaged product claims

7. Payment & Card on File Policy

A valid credit card is required on file to reserve and maintain future appointments.

  • Your card will only be charged for missed, late, or no-show appointments as outlined in our cancellation policy

  • Failure to keep an active card on file may result in canceled appointments and blocked access to future bookings until resolved

8. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our services are intended for cosmetic and wellness purposes only. Enhance Aesthetics LLC is not a medical provider and does not offer diagnosis or treatment for medical conditions.

  • Individual results will vary

  • By receiving services, you acknowledge that all treatments provided are cosmetic and wellness in nature and are not substitutes for medical diagnosis or treatment. You agree to consult your physician or medical provider for any health concerns prior to receiving services

  • It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities

  • Patch testing is recommended for any new skincare product or treatment

  • By receiving services, you release Enhance Aesthetics LLC from liability related to individual results or reactions

9. Limitation of Liability

Enhance Aesthetics LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products. Your use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and photography, is the property of Enhance Aesthetics LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
